just a realistic and non aesthetic unboxing of my grocery haul 🛒 from lufa farms! 

this wasn’t a lot of REAL groceries because a) kitchen renovation means i can’t actually do v much in the kitchen rn and b) i was already stocked up on like every single fruit except oranges lol, we eat a lot of fruit in my house!! 

anyways here’s what my grocery order looks like when i can’t use my oven and need to figure out meals in my instant pot mostly. i don’t loveeee cooking chicken in the instant pot unless its like super saucy/shredded so we’re sticking with meats i can slow cook and maybe a ground beef i can sautee?? lmk if you have any good tips for surviving a kitchen reno w 2 small kids 😅besides for buying all our meals out 😭

my daily salad is back if not momentarily!! i still don’t have a kitchen (see my pinned video for the latest on my kitchen renovation ✨😬) but i did have some lettuce and chicken in my fridge to use up and realized salad is actually one of the few things i can make without an oven!!! hurrah 🥗

since im low on veggies i decided to add some green apple with shredded old cheddar, honestly that alone is such a good snack but in a salad w some chicken and yellow pepper and avocado 🤌😙 also the “dressing” was literally just fresh lemon, olive oil, salt, and oregano. delish!

also please enjoy my baby talking in the background, if you listen closely at one point she actually said “apple” too (i swear 🍎) so you know it’s real!!!

this is my family’s new fave dinner: it’s an easy peanut beef and rice noodles. it’s like hamburger helper but elevated up 🤌😮‍💨and yummier and healthier obviously!!! 

another bonus is that you can make this a one pan dish if you soak the noodles beforehand instead of boiling! comment “recipe” for the full instructions to your dms 💌

the sauce is made w coconut milk, tamari, peanut butter, rice vinegar and tomato paste. i promise its amazing and you’ll have enough for leftovers (also it reheats really well 🤞)

nothing quite like a plain ol muffin😌made with coconut flour, topped with strawberry jam and vanilla flavoured - it’s something you can eat at any time of the day, it’s got no refined sugar and no grains, minimal ingredients andddd it’s fail proof.
